After all details are confirmed, an estimate is provided and a non-refundable deposit is required. Work will not begin until a deposit is received. A deposit will be half of the estimate. The estimate will not change after the deposit is received, unless additional items or significant changes are requested (e.g. selecting an entirely different color after material has been purchased).
The making of your custom item could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. Please allow a reasonable amount of time between ordering your item and the time you need your item. I reserve the right to decline a request if it does not seem like there will be enough time to complete the project.
