Updated Project List

At the end of the year in 2023, I thought I might do a quarterly (or so) update to my to-do list here on my blog. I think it's been a little longer than a quarter, but life has been busy and we do what we can!

Here is the list from my last post:

1. A lacy wool shawl (pattern) - I would love to make this in a dozen different colors. It turned out so nice!

   

   
   

2. A Loch Ness Monster plush (pattern) I finished both little monsters and gave them to my cousin's sons! They are well-loved, and I even made a 3rd one!

   

   
   

3. A poncho - I have frogged this down to the squares and I have started repurposing them into cropped tank tops

4. A cute black lacy shrug (pattern) and a coordinating headband (pattern)

   

   
   

5. A crop top shirt with bell sleeves (pattern) - I just need to finish the sleeves on this!

6. A lacy scarf - This one is done!

   

   
   

7. A special doggie plush (pattern not listed for sale but the designer's site is here) - I finished this guy in time for Christmas as well!

   

   
   

8. A floor pouf - I finally finished this after having worked on it for about a year, haha

9. Better Rings (Ravelry project, pattern) - Over halfway done now!

10. A pair of lacy gloves (pattern) - Also finished these in time for Christmas!

11. Wild Thing convertible skirt and cowl - (pattern) - I love wearing this piece so much. It is such a statement!

    
    

    

    
    

12. Outside the Blocks hexagon cardigan - (pattern) - This was originally just going to be the cardigan, but when I had so much yarn left over, I made a skirt too!

13. Celestial Top and Sleeves - (pattern) - I bought a couple of hanks of Malabrigo Rios and I made this lovely bolero with them

14. Elf Beanie - (pattern) - I have made three of these so far and I have plans for more!

15. Flower Forager Hat - (pattern) - earthtricks constantly inspires me with her lovely style. I have made 3 of these so far!

Now for my new Wishlist of things I want to make!

1. Twistaria Witch Hat - (pattern) - I will be making this in white and blue eventually

2. Ceralina Sweater - (pattern) - I have had this on my TBM (to be made) list for years, but never felt skilled enough. Now, I just need to decide what color to make it!

3. Poetic Crochet - (link) - I know I mentioned this book in another post, but I'll be talking about it a bunch this year. I have made one of the patterns so far, and I want to work my way through it and see how many I can make in 2025!

4. Whulge - (pattern) - I found this pattern and the yarn I want to use for it right around the same time, and I cannot wait to get started!

I think this post has been in my drafts since August of 2024, and I'm happy to finally have the chance to post it, even if some of these things also made it onto my 2024 recap. It is really great to look back and see everything I've made over the past couple of years, and look forward to the new projects I will be making this year as well!
