The Siren Hooded top is the answer when you want an elegant yet comfortable statement piece that will make you feel like an elven princess. This project is available from @maanacrafts and is one of the highest quality crochet patterns I have had the pleasure of making. Do you struggle with charts or written directions? Don't worry! This pattern has plenty of detailed photos to help guide you through the steps.
My first version was done with #3 DK cotton yarn hand dyed here in Florida. I used a #7 hook to reach gauge. I love the way this one looks and feels. The green and white compliment each other beautifully.
My second version was done with #3 Sleek and Soft DK yarn from Hobby Lobby. This version was 100% acrylic and, while it looks amazing, it is too warm for me to wear here in Florida.
